Description
These fudge brownies are rich, ultra-chocolatey, and truly better than boxed mix. Made in just one bowl, they bake up with crispy edges and a molten, gooey center—perfect for dessert, snacking, or any chocolate craving.
Ingredients
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
3 large eggs, room temperature
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth and glossy.
3. Whisk in melted butter and vanilla extract until fully combined.
4. Add cocoa powder, flour, and salt and gently stir until just combined.
5. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top evenly.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
7. Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Do not overbake—gooey centers are key.
Let brownies cool fully to set their fudgy texture.
For extra indulgence, add chocolate chips or flaky sea salt on top.
