Description
Fudgy dark chocolate Greek yogurt banana oat brownies with a soft middle and healthier twist.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/4 cups oat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line pan.
2. Mash bananas and mix with Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla.
3. Stir in cocoa powder, oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Pour into pan and bake 22–28 minutes until center is slightly soft.
6. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Do not overbake for soft center.
Use ripe bananas for sweetness.
Store airtight up to 5 days.
