These fudgy chocolate brownies are rich, chewy, and irresistibly chocolatey—better than any boxed mix!
Ingredients
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
3 eggs at room temperature
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1.5 cups dark chocolate chips
1 cup melted unsalted butter
1 tbsp coffee
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease baking pan.
2. Whisk together sugars and eggs until glossy.
3. Stir in melted butter and coffee.
4. Fold in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Spread batter evenly into pan.
7. Bake 25–30 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly soft.
8. Cool before slicing.
Notes
For extra shiny brownie tops, whisk the eggs and sugar longer until frothy.
Do not overbake—slightly underdone brownies are fudgier.
