Description
Fudgy healthy brownies made with avocado, cocoa powder, cottage cheese and maple syrup.
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado mashed
1/2 cup cottage cheese blended
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 eggs
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking pan
2. Blend avocado and cottage cheese until smooth
3. Add eggs maple syrup and vanilla and blend
4. Mix cocoa powder baking powder and salt in bowl
5. Combine blended mixture with dry ingredients
6. Fold in chocolate chips if using
7. Spread batter in pan
8. Bake 18 to 22 minutes
9. Cool completely before slicing

Do not overbake
