Creamy frozen truffle bites made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and a crackled dark chocolate coating.
Ingredients
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
1. Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Scoop mixture onto parchment-lined tray.
3. Freeze 30–40 minutes until firm.
4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil.
5. Dip frozen bites into chocolate.
6. Freeze 10–15 minutes until set.
