Description
This frozen peanut butter banana pie is creamy, rich, and tastes like ice cream meets cheesecake. A no-bake dessert made with simple ingredients and naturally sweet flavors.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut cream
2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Mix crust ingredients and press into pan.
2. Freeze crust for 10–15 minutes.
3. Blend bananas, peanut butter, yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
4. Pour filling over crust.
5. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
6. Let sit 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best sweetness.
Blend until smooth for creamy texture.
