Soft and chewy flourless tahini chocolate chip cookies made with only 3 simple ingredients.
Ingredients

1 cup tahini
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line tray.
2. Mix tahini and maple syrup until smooth.
3. Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Scoop and flatten cookies.
5. Bake for 8–10 minutes.
6. Cool completely before serving.
Notes
Stir tahini well before using.
Do not overbake.
Let cookies cool for best texture.
Add pinch of salt for flavor.
