A rich and fudgy chocolate cake made with sweet potato and no flour. Naturally sweet and easy.
Ingredients

1 cup mashed sweet potato
2 eggs
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF
2. Mash sweet potato
3. Mix eggs, honey, and vanilla
4. Add cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt
5. Bake for 25โ30 minutes
6. Cool before serving
Notes
Use smooth mashed sweet potato
Do not overbake
