Description
This flourless maple walnut Greek yogurt cake is incredibly moist, naturally gluten-free, and lightly sweetened with pure maple syrup. Made with almond flour, creamy Greek yogurt, and crunchy walnuts, it’s a wholesome dessert perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
3 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until just combined.
4. Fold in chopped walnuts evenly throughout the batter.
5. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until the center is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
7. Allow cake to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Use room-temperature eggs for best texture.
