Description
Soft, tropical flourless mango yogurt cake made with fresh mango and Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
Scale
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 ripe mango
2 eggs
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF
2. Blend mango until smooth
3. Mix yogurt, eggs, honey, vanilla
4. Add almond flour and baking powder
5. Bake 30โ40 minutes
6. Cool before serving
Notes
Use ripe mango
Do not overmix
Cool completely before slicing
