These flourless cookies with zero sugar are soft, chewy, and made with just 3 simple ingredients. Naturally gluten-free and ready in 10 minutes!
Ingredients
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 large egg
ยฝ cup granulated sugar-free sweetener
ยฝ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
ยผ teaspoon baking soda (optional)
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
2. Mix peanut butter, egg, and sweetener until smooth.
3. Add optional vanilla and baking soda.
4. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto lined baking sheet.
5. Press with fork in crisscross pattern.
6. Bake 8โ10 minutes.
7. Cool 5 minutes before transferring.
Notes
Do not overbake.
Chill dough if too oily.
