Description
Rich and fudgy flourless coconut milk chocolate cake that is dairy-free and incredibly indulgent.
Ingredients
200g dark chocolate
1 cup coconut milk
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare pan.
2. Melt chocolate until smooth.
3. Whisk in coconut milk until creamy.
4. Add sugar and eggs one at a time.
5. Add vanilla and salt.
6. Pour into pan and bake 25–30 minutes.
7. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Use full-fat coconut milk.
Do not overbake.
Let cool before cutting.
