Description
Creamy and refreshing no-bake coconut lime bars that are flourless and easy to make.
Ingredients
Scale
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup lime juice
Zest of 1 lime
2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
1. Blend coconut until fine.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Press mixture into lined pan.
4. Chill for 2–3 hours.
5. Slice and serve.
Notes
Use fresh lime juice.
Chill fully before slicing.
Press mixture firmly.
Use full-fat coconut milk.
