Ingredients
½ cup (120 g) sugar-free chocolate chips
2 tbsp (30 g) unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
2 large eggs
2 tbsp (15 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
1. Melt chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
2. Whisk in eggs one at a time until glossy.
3. Stir in unsweetened cocoa powder until combined.
4. Pour into greased ramekin and microwave for 1½–2 minutes until set but soft inside.
5. Cool 1 minute before serving. Enjoy warm!
Notes
Use coconut oil instead of butter for a dairy-free version.
Top with fresh berries or sugar-free whipped cream for extra indulgence.
Do not overcook—cake should stay fudgy in the center.
