Description
Ultra moist flourless chocolate beetroot cake with rich flavor and no vegetable taste.
Ingredients
1 cup beetroot puree
3 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare pan.
2. Blend beetroot until smooth.
3. Mix with eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla.
4. Add cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
5. Mix until smooth.
6. Fold in chocolate chips.
7. Pour into pan and bake 30–40 minutes.
8. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Blend beetroot very smooth.
Do not overbake.
Cool before slicing.
Use high-quality cocoa powder.
