Description
Flourless chocolate cake made with almond flour and yogurt. Rich, moist, and incredibly indulgent.
Ingredients
Scale
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup yogurt
3 eggs
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
1. Mix wet ingredients.
2. Add dry ingredients.
3. Pour into pan.
4. Bake 30โ35 minutes.
5. Prepare glaze and pour over cake.
Notes
Use high-quality cocoa.
Do not overbake.
Cool before glazing.
