Description
Soft and cozy flourless chai spice yogurt cake made with simple ingredients and warm spices.
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare pan.
2. Mix yogurt, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
3. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Pour into pan.
5. Bake 30–35 minutes.
6. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Use thick yogurt.
Do not overbake.
Adjust spices to taste.
Let cool before cutting.
