Soft, no-bake carrot cake balls made without flour. Healthy and naturally sweet.
Ingredients
Scale
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup oats
1/2 cup dates
1/4 cup almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Blend dates into paste
2. Add carrots, oats, almond butter, spices
3. Blend until sticky
4. Roll into balls
5. Chill 30โ60 minutes
6. Serve
