Description
A soft and fragrant flourless almond cake flavored with cardamom, rose, and creamy Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cardamom
3 eggs
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp rose water
1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C
2. Mix dry ingredients
3. Whisk wet ingredients
4. Combine batter
5. Pour into prepared cake pan
6. Bake 30-35 minutes
7. Cool completely
8. Glaze and garnish before serving

Use full-fat Greek yogurt
