These 6-ingredient flourless brownies are ultra fudgy, rich, and naturally gluten-free. Made with simple pantry ingredients, they come together quickly and taste even better than boxed brownies.
Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter (or almond butter)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (or coconut sugar)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional:
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Pinch of sea salt for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line an 8ร8 baking pan with parchment paper
2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and sugar until smooth
3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until glossy and well combined
4. Stir in cocoa powder and baking soda until fully incorporated
5. Fold in chocolate chips if using
6. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly
7. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft
8. Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing
9. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired and serve
