Description
Soft, healthy banana oat yogurt muffins made without flour. Naturally sweet, moist, and perfect for breakfast or snacks.
Ingredients
Scale
2 ripe bananas
1 cup oats
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 eggs
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch salt
Instructions
1. Blend oats into flour.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend.
3. Pour batter into muffin tin.
4. Bake 18โ22 minutes.
5. Cool slightly and serve.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for sweetness.
Add chocolate chips if desired.
Store in fridge for freshness.
