Description
This Ferrero Rocher Cake is rich, elegant, and inspired by the classic chocolate candy with a moist cocoa sponge, creamy milk filling, and chocolate-hazelnut topping.
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 packet vanilla extract
1 packet baking powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 liter milk
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
1 packet vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare cake pan
2. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy
3. Add milk, oil, cocoa powder, and vanilla
4. Fold in flour and baking powder
5. Bake 30–35 minutes and cool
6. Cook milk, sugar, and cornstarch until thick
7. Add vanilla and butter and cool
8. Assemble cake with cream filling
9. Prepare chocolate hazelnut topping
10. Pour topping over cake and chill
