Description

This eggless condensed milk cake is soft, moist, and fluffy, made with simple pantry ingredients and no eggs.


Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup condensed milk

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup melted butter or oil

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare pan.

2. Whisk condensed milk, sugar, milk, butter, and vanilla.

3. Sift in dry ingredients and mix gently.

4. Stir in vinegar or lemon juice.

5. Pour batter into pan.

6. Bake 30–35 minutes.

7. Cool before slicing.

Notes

Do not overmix.

Add vinegar at the end.

Let cake cool fully before cutting.
