Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet.
2. Mix almond butter, allulose, and egg until smooth.
3. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
4. Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are set.
5. Cool briefly before serving.
Notes
Use natural almond butter for best texture.
Cookies firm as they cool.
