A rich and moist chocolate yogurt cake made without eggs or dairy.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup dairy-free yogurt
1/3 cup neutral oil
3/4 cup dairy-free milk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175ยฐC
2. Prepare dairy-free buttermilk
3. Mix dry ingredients
4. Add wet ingredients
5. Fold in chocolate chips if using
6. Pour batter into cake pan
7. Bake 30-35 minutes
8. Cool completely before glazing
Notes
Do not overmix batter
Coconut yogurt gives best texture
