Description
These High Protein Double Chocolate Greek Yogurt Muffins are soft, moist, and packed with chocolate flavor and protein.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line muffin tin
2. Whisk Greek yogurt honey eggs milk and vanilla
3. Mix flour cocoa powder baking powder baking soda and salt
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients
5. Fold in chocolate chips
6. Bake 18–22 minutes
Notes
Use thick Greek yogurt
Do not overmix batter
Add extra chocolate chips on top before baking
