Ingredients
Scale
2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups Medjool dates
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips or nuts
Instructions
1. Blend dates
2. Mix wet ingredients
3. Combine all ingredients
4. Press into pan
5. Chill 1 hour
6. Slice into bars
