Description

A moist and comforting yogurt loaf filled with naturally sweet dates, crunchy almonds, and walnuts.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup chopped dates

1/2 cup chopped almonds

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

2 eggs

3/4 cup yogurt

1/3 cup honey

1/3 cup melted butter

1 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

1. Preheat oven and prepare loaf pan.

2. Mix wet ingredients.

3. Add dry ingredients.

4. Fold in dates and nuts.

5. Bake for 45โ€“55 minutes.

6. Cool before slicing.

Notes

Toast nuts for extra flavor. Soak dates if dry. Do not overmix.
