Ingredients
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
½ cup Greek yogurt
⅓ cup peanut butter
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup oat flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
2. Mash bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
3. Mix in Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, egg, and vanilla until combined.
4. Fold in oat flour and baking powder until just mixed.
5. Stir in dark chocolate chips.
6. Pour batter into prepared pan, spread evenly, and bake 20–25 minutes.
7. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
