This 2 ingredient dairy-free chocolate frosting is thick, fluffy, and deeply chocolatey with no butter or powdered sugar.
Ingredients
3/4 cup coconut cream (chilled)
1 1/2 cups dairy-free chocolate
Instructions
1. Chill coconut milk and scoop out thick cream.
2. Melt dairy-free chocolate and let cool slightly.
3. Whip coconut cream until smooth.
4. Slowly mix in melted chocolate.
5. Whip until thick and glossy.
6. Use immediately or chill to firm.
Notes
Use full-fat canned coconut milk only.
Chocolate should be warm, not hot.
Chill briefly if frosting softens.
