This Crumbl Cookies Mom’s Recipe Copycat brings bakery-style cookies to your kitchen with browned butter, oats, and cinnamon for the perfect chewy treat.
Ingredients
1/2 cup melted browned butter (made from 10 tablespoons butter or 5 ounces)
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 egg yolk
1 cup rolled oats (not quick-cooking or instant)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Brown the butter in a small saucepan until golden and nutty.
2. Mix browned butter, sugars, vanilla, egg, and yolk in a bowl.
3. Stir in oats, flour, and cinnamon until combined.
4. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
5. Scoop onto baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
6. Cool before serving.
Notes
Optional: Add chocolate chips, walnuts, or coconut flakes for extra flavor.
Chill dough longer for thicker cookies.
Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
