Description

This creamy protein cake cheesecake is flourless, high protein, and made with cottage cheese and Greek yogurt. A healthy cheesecake dessert.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp cornstarch

Pinch of salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325ยฐF.

2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

3. Pour into lined cake pan.

4. Bake 35โ€“40 minutes.

5. Cool completely.

6. Refrigerate 2 hours before slicing.

7. Serve with berries or honey.

Notes

Chill before serving for best texture.

Do not overbake.

Can add protein powder for extra protein.
