Description
This cottage cheese chocolate mousse is ultra creamy, tastes like classic chocolate mousse, and packs up to 40g of protein. A healthy no-bake dessert made in minutes.
Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup or sugar-free syrup
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2–4 tablespoons milk
Pinch of salt
Instructions

3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
4. Adjust texture with additional milk if needed.
5. Chill for 30 minutes for thicker mousse.
