Description

Creamy Caramel Nutty White Fudge Squares — easy, elegant, and utterly irresistible! Made with white chocolate, caramel, and nuts for a melt-in-your-mouth fudge that looks fancy but takes minutes to make.

Ingredients

Scale

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup chopped mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts)

⅓ cup caramel sauce

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

2. Melt white chocolate chips and condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.

3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and half of the nuts.

4. Pour into prepared pan, drizzle caramel sauce over top, and swirl with a knife.

5. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top.

6. Chill for at least 2 hours, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

Store in fridge up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Use dulce de leche for a deeper caramel flavor.

For nut-free version, substitute pretzel pieces for crunch.
