Description
This Cranberry Raisin Walnut Cinnamon Artisan Bread is a no-knead Dutch oven loaf with a crisp crust, soft interior, warm cinnamon flavor, and bursts of fruit and nuts.
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cups warm water
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients until a shaggy dough forms
2. Cover and rest 12–18 hours at room temperature
3. Preheat oven and Dutch oven to 450°F
4. Shape dough gently on parchment paper
5. Bake covered for 30 minutes
6. Bake uncovered 15–20 minutes until golden
7. Cool completely before slicing
