Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
4 large eggs
½ cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line loaf pan with parchment or grease.
2. Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth and frothy.
3. Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently.
4. Fold in optional herbs or spices.
5. Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth top.
6. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
7. Cool slightly before slicing.
