Ingredients
โ cup cottage cheese
1 large egg
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
ยฝ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp almond flour
ยผ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1โ2 tbsp chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth if desired.
2. Whisk cottage cheese, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla in a mug.
3. Stir in almond flour, cinnamon, salt, and pecans.
4. Microwave 90โ120 seconds until just set.
5. Rest 1 minute before serving.
