Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese, blended
½ cup butter, softened
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup flour (crumb topping)
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter, cold
¼ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Blend cottage cheese smooth.
2. Cream butter and sugar.
3. Add eggs, vanilla, and cottage cheese.
4. Mix in dry ingredients.
5. Spread into pan.
6. Prepare crumb topping.
7. Bake until set and golden.
