Description

These Cookie Cup Bites are soft sugar cookie cups filled with a creamy vanilla filling and topped with colorful mini M&M’s. Quick to make and perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime you need a fast and pretty dessert.


Ingredients

For the Cookie Cups:

¾ cup unsalted butter, softened

¾ cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

For the Creamy Filling:

1 cup heavy whipping cream

3 tablespoons powdered sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

Topping:

Mini M&M’s (or sprinkles, chocolate chips, or chopped candy)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.

2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until combined.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.

5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.

6. Roll dough into small balls and press into mini muffin cups.

7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.

8. While warm, gently press the centers down with the back of a spoon. Let cool completely.

9. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

10. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then slowly whip in heavy cream until thick and pipeable.

11. Pipe filling into cooled cookie cups and top with mini M&M’s.

Notes

Press the cookie centers while they are still warm for the best shape.

Allow cookie cups to cool completely before filling.

For a shortcut, store-bought whipped topping may be used.

Store filled cookie cups in the refrigerator for best freshness.
