Soft coffee walnut cake with rich flavor and crunchy walnuts.
Ingredients
Scale
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tbsp coffee
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Dissolve coffee in milk.
3. Cream butter and sugar.
4. Add eggs and coffee mix.
5. Add dry ingredients.
6. Fold in walnuts.
7. Bake 30–35 minutes.
Notes
Use strong coffee.
Toast walnuts for flavor.
Do not overbake.
Cool before slicing.
