Ingredients
Mug Cake:
¼ cup cottage cheese
¼ cup oat flour
1 tablespoon maple syrup
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Cinnamon Swirl:
1 teaspoon brown sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Mix all mug cake ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.
2. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
3. Sprinkle half the swirl over batter and gently swirl.
4. Add remaining swirl on top.
5. Microwave 60–90 seconds until set.
6. Cool briefly and enjoy.
