Ingredients

Scale

2 large ripe bananas, frozen

12 tsp instant coffee or espresso powder

Splash plant milk (optional)


Instructions

1. Freeze sliced bananas until solid.

2. Blend frozen bananas until creamy.

3. Add coffee and blend again until smooth.

4. Serve immediately or freeze for firmer texture.

Notes

Best served fresh for soft-serve texture. Add toppings like cocoa nibs or peanut butter for extra indulgence.
