A soft and fluffy coconut cream mug cake made in just 1 minute with rich tropical flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
4 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp coconut milk
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1/4 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients in mug.
2. Add wet ingredients and stir.
3. Add shredded coconut.
4. Microwave for 60โ70 seconds.
5. Cool slightly and enjoy.
Notes
Do not overcook. Use large mug. Best eaten fresh.
