Warm and fluffy keto cinnamon roll mug cake made in minutes with almond flour and cream cheese.
Ingredients
3 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp erythritol or keto sweetener
¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.
2. Add cream cheese, butter, egg, and vanilla.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Microwave 60–90 seconds until set.
5. Top with optional keto icing and enjoy.
Notes
Do not overcook.
Use softened cream cheese.
