Description
Creamy cinnamon roll cheesecake with graham cracker crust and warm cinnamon swirl.
Ingredients
Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 tablespoons melted butter
Cinnamon Swirl:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons melted butter
Cheesecake:
16 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare springform pan.
2. Mix and bake crust for 10 minutes.
3. Prepare cinnamon swirl mixture.
4. Beat cheesecake filling until smooth.
5. Layer batter and swirl mixture.
6. Bake 50–55 minutes until set.
7. Cool completely and chill before slicing.
Notes
– Chill overnight for best flavor.
– Do not overmix.
– Serve with glaze or caramel if desired.
