Description
Rich, soft, and chewy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies made with cocoa, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. The ultimate indulgent treat in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
4. Mix in peanut butter until smooth.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
6. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
7. Fold in chocolate chips.
8. Scoop dough onto baking sheets.
9. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges set.
10. Cool on a rack before serving.
Notes
Chill dough for 30 minutes if you prefer thicker cookies.
Swap in dark chocolate or white chocolate chips for variety.
