Ingredients
1 3/4 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup hot coffee
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup butter
3 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp brewed coffee
1 tsp espresso powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare cake pans
2. Mix flour cocoa sugar baking powder and salt
3. Add eggs milk oil and vanilla
4. Stir in hot coffee
5. Bake cake layers 22-25 minutes
6. Whip cream filling
7. Prepare coffee frosting
8. Assemble cake layers
9. Frost cake and serve

Use strong brewed coffee for best flavor
Chill cake layers before frosting
Frost generously for a bakery style finish
