Description
These chocolate chip cookie dough–stuffed brownie bombs are rich, fudgy brownies filled with safe-to-eat cookie dough. An indulgent, crowd-pleasing dessert perfect for parties and celebrations.
Ingredients
Brownie Layer:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1¼ cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
Cookie Dough Filling:
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup heat-treated all-purpose flour
2 tbsp milk
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Prepare cookie dough and freeze small balls.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
3. Mix melted butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
4. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
5. Line muffin tin and add brownie batter.
6. Place frozen dough ball in center and cover with batter.
7. Bake 18–22 minutes until set.
8. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Freeze dough fully before baking.
Do not overbake for best fudgy texture.
Mini muffin tins work great for bite-size bombs.
