This Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Pie is a no-bake dessert made with a buttery graham cracker crust, rich chocolate layer, and creamy cookie dough filling loaded with chocolate chips. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or anytime you crave something sweet!
Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill.
2. Melt chocolate chips and cream. Spread over crust. Chill.
3. Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add milk and vanilla.
4. Mix in heat-treated flour.
5. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
6. Spread filling over chocolate layer. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Heat-treat flour at 350°F for 5 minutes before using.
Chill for at least 2–3 hours for best texture.
Store covered in fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
