Decadent brownie bites topped with egg-free chocolate chip cookie dough. Rich, fudgy, and perfectly portioned for parties and treats.
Ingredients
Brownie Layer:
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup cocoa powder
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Cookie Dough Layer:
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini muffin pan.
2. Mix brownie ingredients until smooth.
3. Fill muffin cups halfway with brownie batter.
4. Cream butter and brown sugar for cookie dough.
5. Mix in milk, vanilla, flour, salt, and chocolate chips.
6. Add cookie dough on top of brownie batter.
7. Bake 18–22 minutes until set.
8. Cool completely before removing.
Notes
Do not overbake for fudgy texture.
Let bites cool fully before removing.
Use mini chocolate chips for best results.
